My installation of 9 windows and one patio door was completed in 2008. I was extremely pleased with the entire process from initial contact with your company, via Nick, until completion of the job. Everyone I came in contact with was courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
Having never been through this before, I was very worried about the installation process. The installation crew made sure I knew what to expect and they performed their duties expertly. They were so helpful and willing to accommodate my concern for my indoor cats.They went right to work and when they were finished, they cleaned up behind themselves so well it was almost impossible to tell anyone had been here. I have to assume all your employees are of the caliber of those I encountered and will be telling all my friends what a wonderful change-out it was. You will definitely be my recommendation to anyone doing replacement windows.
The windows are beautiful. The quiet is deafening and my house is much warmer now. My only regret is that I waited so long to call you to have this done! I have a new front door in my future and will certainly be contacting you for that job as well. Thank you again and please pass along my sincere gratitude to everyone for making this such a pleasant experience!

I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with my purchase of windows and doors through your company. From both the sale aspect, as well as with the installation, I was very happy. The installers, in particular, did a good job as they worked around some pretty tight spots near some of my patio doors and did not interfere wiith the current latticing and other pieces of my patio overhang.

I am writing to thank you for the excellent service you provided last week. I rarely write a letter of appreciation, but when I get extraordinary service I am compelled to express my grattitude.
The windshield on my Ford Explorer was severly damaged last week. After opening the Yellow Pages, I called one of your competitors; but got a busy signal. I then proceeded to call Preferred Glass & Windows, and received a quote on the replacement of the windshield. I was busy the next day, and needed the service performed by 11:00 a.m. to fulfill previous calendered commitments. Preferred was able to accommodate my schedule, and promised that the repairs would be complete by 11:00 a.m.
The next day the installer arrived at my office promptly at the time scheduled. He was courteous and promptly began the replacement. To my surprise, he completed the replacement by 10:20 a.m., a full forty minutes ahead of schedule. Furthermore, he was able to remove my parking decal from the broken windshield and replace it perfectly on the new windshield. This saved me from the time and expense of standing in line waiting for another decal.
Thanks again for your prompt and efficient service; I will recommend Preferred Glass & Windows to my family & friends.

From the time we went into the showroom until the installers had finished, you were so helpful and professional that it made getting windows a pleasure. And how they look is beyond our expectations. We love the windows! The installers were professional and the street noise has been cut considerably. The heater/ furnace has been working less as well!

I am taking this opportunity to express my gratitude for one of the best services contracted on my 2 year remodel. Although, I had purchased my shower enclosure from a big box retailer, it appears fate stepped in to assist. The order was lost twice by the previous retailer costing me approximately 45 days delay. Randy proved this is not difficult and provided the order within minutes.
Preferred stepped in, beat the price and sent their A team to provide the perfect enclosure to my travertine shower. Bob and Joey exceeded the standards of any installer to date and I will recommend your company to others.

have been doing business with these guys for as long as i can remember..ok maybe not that long..but for maybe 15-20 years infrequently. when I lived in N P we had them re do the windows in the entire house. they did an awesome job. fast, clean, good quality work. now that i am in Simi. i have used them to make some shelves for different curio cabinets, glass for two table tops. new shower door, new bathtub enclosure. I didnt even bother going to price things out, since i knew i liked them. they havent let me down. highly recommend them
